1. Acceptance of Terms

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through their account settings at any time.

12. Termination

casino.ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, any genuine funds remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your casino.ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure of your account does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to closure.

13. Amendments

casino.ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on the casino.ph Platform with an updated effective date.
